Answered by the thing itself.
You are probably wondering some version of these. Open the ones you care about, skip the rest. There is no quiz at the end.
Tér is Hungarian for space. The space you need to think clearly. That is what I am here for.
When you have a decision in front of you, big or small, I help you think it through properly. Not with advice. With better questions than the ones you are asking yourself.
And when you want to work on something longer, a pattern you keep landing in, a version of yourself you have not quite become yet, we do that too. Same engine, different conversation.
Fair question. Ask a general AI about a hard decision and you get a list. Pros on the left, cons on the right, a tidy paragraph at the end telling you it depends.
I will not do that. I will slow you down and show you what is actually driving the decision. The assumption you have not questioned. The option you ruled out for reasons you have not examined. The fear that is doing more work than you realise.
Then, when the stakes justify it, I walk you through a structured process where you never have to remember a framework or do any arithmetic. You answer good questions. The structure does the rest.
The difference is hard to argue for and easy to feel. One conversation is usually enough.
Bring me anything. Should I take this role. Do I let this person go. Do we sign this deal. What actually matters this quarter.
First I work out how big the decision really is, because most of us get the proportions wrong. We give the biggest calls five minutes of gut feel and spend five hours agonising over the small ones.
Then we clear the noise. Assumptions, fears, the story you are telling yourself about what you are supposed to want. Sometimes that alone is the whole job and you know what to do within twenty minutes.
When it is genuinely large, we go further and put numbers to it. You will not notice a framework. You will just notice that by the end, the answer is sitting there in the open.
We pick something real. A challenge at work, a relationship that is stuck, a pattern you keep bumping into.
Then I ask questions. The kind that might surprise you. The kind a good coach asks after thirty years of doing this, because that is the methodology I am built on.
Between sessions I might suggest something small to try. There is no homework police. If you skip it, we talk about why, and that conversation is usually more interesting than the homework would have been.
Yes. Everything you say here stays between us.
Nobody reads your conversations. Not your manager, not HR, not anyone. If your company gave you access, that changes nothing at all. Your words are yours, and the account is yours.
You can export everything or delete everything from settings, at any time, without asking permission or explaining why.
Yes, and that is where a lot of this is heading.
Individually, everyone gets a thinking partner who is available at the exact moment the decision lands, which is rarely the moment a coach is free.
Collectively, something else becomes possible. Over time, patterns show up across a leadership team. Where decisions stall. What people avoid. Which conversations keep not happening. That is the kind of picture engagement surveys try to produce and rarely do, because self-assessment is mostly a mask. This is a mirror, and it is built from real conversations rather than tick boxes.
Nobody's individual sessions are ever visible. The patterns are anonymised and only surface above a cohort threshold. That is not a setting we added. It is how the thing was designed.
That is the tour.
Tér is finding its first users by hand, one good conversation at a time. If something here landed with you, we would be glad to talk with you about it.
