TérStart with one team

Your best people make their hardest decisions alone.

Tér gives them a thinking partner for exactly those moments, and gives you something no survey can: a clear picture of how your organisation actually decides.

Coaching reaches the top floor. Hard decisions happen on every floor.

Good coaching is expensive, so organisations ration it, and it ends up with a handful of people at the very top. Everyone else gets a workshop once a year and a manager who is just as stretched as they are.

That includes the people whose decisions touch the most lives every day: the shift supervisor who was promoted for being brilliant at the job, the new team lead facing their first difficult conversation, the manager who has to choose between two good candidates by Friday.

And even for the lucky few with a coach, the moments that matter rarely fall inside the session. They turn up late on a Tuesday, in a corridor, or twenty minutes before a meeting.

  1. Monday, 07:40Two people called in sick before the early shift.
  2. Tuesday, 23:10Still turning the hire over in their head.
  3. Wednesday, 10:00The one hour with a coach
  4. Thursday, 16:50Feedback that can't wait for the annual review.
  5. Friday, 18:30The call they've postponed all week.

One hour was on the calendar, and every decision that mattered happened somewhere else.

  1. Day one

    A day together

DecisionLab is a full-day workshop where your people practise deciding under pressure, with poker as the simulator and their own real decisions on the table. They leave with a way of thinking they've already used, which beats a handout every time.

It's also where everyone meets Tér, and hears from us in person what they'd be sharing and what stays private.

  2. Weeks one to eight

    Two months with Tér

Everyone in the cohort gets their own access. They bring the decisions they're actually facing, whenever those turn up, eleven at night included. Tér asks the questions a good coach would ask and helps them see what's clouding the picture before they commit.

  3. Week nine

    A team mirror

You receive a report on how this group thinks: the patterns that showed up while people worked through real decisions, where they hesitate, what they tend to avoid, and which assumptions keep coming back. We walk you through it together, so it turns into decisions of your own.

Surveys tell you how people say they decide. The mirror shows how they really do.

When people fill in a questionnaire, they tend to describe the leader they'd like to be. When they're working through a real decision with a thinking partner, nobody is performing for HR, and that's exactly why the patterns are worth reading.

Where teams usually start

With the people in the middle

Supervisors and team leads who were promoted for being great at the job, and now make decisions about people every week with nobody to think them through with.

Alongside a programme you already run

A leadership or talent programme that needs to keep working after the last session ends. Tér carries the learning into the months when it either sticks or quietly fades.

With one senior team

A leadership team, or a single senior leader, who wants to try it before anyone else does. For one or two people, we can skip the workshop and start with Tér directly.

“The conclusions were deep and convincing enough to be taken seriously, and concrete enough to build an action plan on. Tér answers exactly the problem that matters most right now: it deepens a leader's thinking rather than replacing it.”
Hilbert Attila · VP Global Human Resources, Danone

Leaders in Vietnam, Hungary, Germany and France are already using Tér on decisions they couldn't afford to get wrong.

For your IT and legal colleagues

Hosting. Tér runs on Amazon Web Services in Singapore. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and backups are kept for seven days.

The AI model. Conversations are processed by Anthropic under its commercial terms: never used for model training, and deleted from Anthropic's systems within 30 days, unless flagged for a serious violation of its usage policy.

Access. Developers work without access to production data. One engineer holds production database access, protected by multi-factor authentication, and infrastructure access is logged. A human coach sees an answer, with the five exchanges before it, only when the user explicitly asks for a human review of it.

What the organisation sees. Only anonymised team patterns, from participants who chose to contribute. Never an individual conversation.

Tell us who they are and what they're deciding these days, and we'll design the cohort around it. The first conversation is with Zsolt, who built Tér on thirty years of coaching leaders.
